Our goal is to utilize regenerative agricultural practices to profitably raise healthy, grass-fed cattle, sheep and poultry.

CoveyChase Farm Company is a first generation farm located on 100 acres in Stanford, Kentucky. We produce grass-fed, grass-finished beef and lamb along with truly pasture raised poultry for direct sales to customers including local restaurant accounts. Farm owners, John and Anne Davis, have lived on the farm for over 20 years while raising their two sons, Clayton and Connor. After serving his country as a U.S. Marine and a successful career in Finance, John began his passion to farm on a full time basis.

The primary focus of the farm is to operate in a regenerative manner with limited inputs to provide healthy, nutritious and tasty grass-fed protein. All livestock are raised completely on pasture with daily moves to fresh grass.
