The T-bone (1 1/4” thick and over 1.25lbs)  is a premium cut of steak that combines two textures and flavors in one: the tenderloin on one side and the strip steak on the other (a Porterhouse is similar, but will have a much larger tenderloin), separated by a T-shaped bone. Known for its rich marbling and juicy, savory taste, it’s a favorite for grilling or pan-searing.
