Many say this is the best part of the lamb! Think a very miniature T-Bone steak. Each package contains two chops, 2” thick, or approximately .7lbs - .8lbs total weight.
This lamb has been completely raised on pasture and has never received hormones, antibiotics or grain. It has been raised under beyond organic methods and treated in a very humane manner. All this results in tremendous flavor from a very healthy product.
