Lamb Shanks

A braised lamb leg shank, simmered in a rosemary seasoning and served over garlic mashed potatoes will make for a happy family meal! Each package contains one approximately one pound leg shank.

This lamb has been completely raised on pasture and has never received hormones, antibiotics or grain. It has been raised under beyond organic methods and treated in a very humane manner. All this results in tremendous flavor from a very healthy product.
